5 star hotel in Mamaia-Constanta is looking for Executive Chef

Minimum 5 years experience in leadership in hotel ‘s kitchen

Creative and able to develop new menus, recipes, new buffet design, able to get involved in the marketing /events brainstorming, restaurant's concept

Experienced in being a real manager of the kitchen with good leadership skills

A good creative cook, able to train the team about the cooking' secrets

Experienced in all hygiene requirements and legal issues about food safety

Able to generate and manage change, motivate and discipline staff

Good Cost controller of all direct and indirect costs of the Kitchen

Capable to talk with guests, learn from their comments and adjust procedures and/or standards accordingly, in line with the management direction;

International experience is preferred;

Committed to work long hours, during week ends or bank holidays when needed

Fluent in English and at least basic knowledge of Romanian language

Reports to the Food & Beverage manager;

Willing to relocate to Mamaia or Constanta
