Minimum 5 years experience in sales management in hotel industry

Proven sales experience on Constanta's business community

Creative person, thinking "out of the box"

Able to generate and manage change

Able to perform 5 star sales calls, create tailored offers, create and coordinate sales strategies, rates policy, assist clients during events, communicate with all departments for full satisfaction of clients in line with hotel's profitability

Create the S&M department, train and manage sales and reservation team

Well organized, mature & pleasant personality;

Speaks and writes fluent English and Romanian;

Committed to work long hours, during week ends or bank holidays if needed

Reports to the General Manager;
