USS Truxtun visits Constanta

The USS Truxtun visits Constanta March 8-11  on a routine port call. While in Constanta, the ship's crew will conduct joint training and information exchanges with Romanian counterparts and participate in an exercise with the Romanian and Bulgarian navies in the Black Sea.
