Romtelecom and COSMOTE reshape Convergent proposition to the benefit of business customers

Romtelecom and COSMOTE are pleased to announce a reshape of the integrated offer for companies in Romania, Convergent 1000 and Convergent Unlimited, launched as a first on the Romanian market at the end of 2008.

The flexible packages continue to represent the most competitive and cost-efficient telecom business solutions on the market, offering free air minutes or unlimited airtime for fixed, mobile and fixed-mobile communication. The propositions can be tailored to meet specific needs of all corporate customers. The two companies also offer, free of charge, fixed-mobile solutions with propositions for residential customers.

At their initial launch, the Convergent packages redefined the concept of "on-net" based on customer needs. With flexible options from thousands of free air minutes to unlimited free airtime, companies can optimize their operations having full cost - control.

Covergent 1000 is designed to meet the needs of professionals, small home offices and SMEs.

By combining any of Romtelecom and COSMOTE Business subscriptions, Convergent 1000 can be tailored to meet specific business needs, starting with a minimum requirement of one Romtelecom landline and two COSMOTE business lines and a minimum of 1,000 monthly air minutes per each line.

With the reshape of the two propositions, the tariff per user for a Convergent 1000 package starts from 5.84 euro/month, VAT excluded (calculation has been made for a group made of one fixed line and 2 mobiles with COSMOTE Business 10).

Convergent Unlimited addresses large corporate accounts with high voice traffic volumes. The proposition can be tailored to provide flexible and cost-effective communication between fixed and mobile stations within a selected group of users and provides unlimited calls within a chosen group of fixed and mobile lines, at any given time. The tariff per user for a Convergent Unlimited package starts from 9.17 euro/month, VAT excluded (calculation has been made for a group made of one fixed line and 2 mobiles).

In addition, Romtelecom's subscription "Linie Business Tarif unic" + Convergent 1000 reduces from 10 euro to 7.5 euro. Also, COSMOTE Share rate plans became available for the two products, 1000 and Unlimited.

In October 2008, Romtelecom and COSMOTEalso introduced Fixed Mobile Unlimited package for the residential segment, offering advanced fixed-mobile solutions. The service is free of charge, all residential customers have to do, is visit one of the COSMOTE, Romtelecom or Germanos stores.
